「Clean no bugs nice pool staff was friendly ac worked great I would say the water for the shower could be hotter but over all a perfect stay for me and my 3 kids」

「We liked the room, it was a Presidential Suite. We thought the price was way over the top.」

「Room was clean, and cold. We got the room right by the top of the staircase and it had a view of the ocean as well. We got a parking spot right in front which saved a lot of walking to the truck. Front desk lady was very helpful and concise with everything. The music downstairs wasn't too crazy either, was just the right volume to fall asleep to.」

「A guest wanted to use restroom as staff was extremely rude and disrespectful, they even called the police making the night uncomfortable for everyone that was enjoying the evening. No hot water as advertised, they charge extra for parking.」

「The good thing about the Ramada is that there is a beach access so I could walk directly to the beach. And the room is pretty comfortable in size. The room however was dirty, specifically the bathroom counter was dirty, with something gooey attached to a hair. The refrigerator was dirty. There was a red stain, maybe strawberry soda in it. The ceiling fan has not been cleaned in awhile. There was a ton of dust accumulated on the blades. The desk chair was cloth and also dirty and it had wheels...

「I had a terrible experience, since I arrived they gave me a different room than the one I booked, I went out all day and when I returned they took out my things in a black bag because they told me that I had not swiped my card, when from the first day they could have told me and solved that same day, because they took out our things without even telling us, my playstation 5 was damaged and we lost an iPad」
