「No room cleaning service on three nights stay」

「Room had an overwhelming disinfectant smell when we checked in.」

「We were planning to stay for an extra night, and we were told the cost would be $348. However, my husband’s credit card was charged $408 instead. I immediately went to the front desk and asked them to cancel the additional night because the amount was much higher than what we had been quoted. We checked out at 9:00 AM and did not stay the extra night. We are still waiting for the $408 charge to be refunded to my husband’s credit card.」

「Margaritaville on South Padre Island was VERY clean, conveniently located and just steps from the beach. Their pool is nice and offers a swim up bar.. but, the bar wasn't open when we checked in. The next day, the bar opened at 10:00 am, but service was sketchy and it closed by 5:00...just about the time I was ready to relax by the pool as opposed to being on the beach.
