「Room was terrible. Paid for a "beach view" room as listed and ended up stsring at a building. Staff was zero help with resolving issues. Also work up with red bites all on my side so definitely find somewhere else to stay!!!」

「Hidden parking fee. Requested down stairs. Did not get that. Air conditioning in room was do loud we had to wear ear plugs. Staff was friendly, but it was her last day working there.」

「Well the pool is so crappy, they didn't have a hot tub , the microwave and safe didn't work !!! We needed the microwave and it didn't work!!! They didn't have anywhere to hangout outside !!! We usually stay at La Isla Grande, we hung out at Isla the whole stay !!! We love Isla we will never stay anywhere else !!! Oh, we heard knocking at our door at 3:00 am and we didn't answer it !!!」

「Elevator was not working 😕 remote wasn't working 😐 and most channel wouldn't load. Night staff was unprofessional treated us like kids when we are adult. Rushing me to get out of the pool...when I cant rush due to being disabled.」

「The best part of our stay was the location. Our room was steps from the beach. The beds were also comfortable and the ac was cold. Unfortunately, the room itself had several issues. We had no cell phone reception inside the room, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable and worked sporadically and was not sufficient for my husband's business calls. There was also no coffee maker in the room. The shower had very poor water pressure, and the shower knob was extremely difficult to turn. The bathroom exhaust...
