「Security was unhelpful with trying to give us access to our paid for hotel room, was very ambitious about the trip but very agitated at security at the gate. They act sarcastic and don’t even help they just say read the rules and make us leave forcefully.. couldn’t even get dropped off at the hotel entrance even tho I had proof we all stayed and paid 」

Microondas roto, sillas rotas, puertas que no se pueden abrir, las regaderas no tienen para poner los jabones (todo en el piso); la regadera de la habitación principal se inunda y le ponen una escobilla rota para empujar el agua.
