「Only 2 elevators one was out of service,hotel was at capacity. Room cleaned only once with a 5 day stay. Could only have 3 towels per room no more. Yes, close to beach but hotel was not worth the $ that we paid, looked outdated. Pictures on website not accurate. Parking full and not secured for vehicles. Not recommended!」

「Once I paid and went towards my room, it was an unpleasant smell of weed. We had a very small refrigerator on the floor and a small microwave on top of the small refrigerator. It did not have a place to put a larger refrigerator nor the microwave on top. it had no sink either only the one in the restroom which is inconvenience to wash something. 「Our flight was an evening flight they let us do a late check out at noon. Then held our luggage for free while we.did some sight seeing then we retrieved it before heading to the airport.」

「Room was a one bedroom apartment. Bring utensils cookware etc. Located across from Walmart, Dollar Tree, HEB stores so any items you might need can be purchased there. Was about 10 to 15 minutes to SPI. Only con I had was it needs blackout curtains as it is very bright at night inside the room unless you hang a small blanket something like that. Very inexpensive however and you do save a lot of money cooking and eating in the room.」

「The room was clean, but the covers were so thin that we were grateful that we took blankets. As per the pillows, Ive stayed at my fair share of hotels and each had given us at least 2 sets on each bed. Well we only had a total of 4 thin pillows for 2 full beds. Another thing was the online picture & the room description said beds would be queen size beds & I can attest both were full. The ac takes forever to cool the room down. Overall: hotel gets a 3. 「It’s close to everything to get around in the island, but in the hotel the TV was not working. Wi-Fi was not great and I found stain sometimes in the curtain of the shower but for the most part, it was OK」

「Room was clean , smelled clean . Staff was friendly could be more helpful but no real issues . Breakfast could be better. Not enough seating , some people stood and ate .others took the food to their rooms. Parking was convenient.」

「The hotel was decent, but there were several issues that made the stay less enjoyable. There is no visible hotel sign at the front, so it’s difficult to identify the entrance or where to check in. The parking lot is also quite far from the main entrance, which makes unloading luggage inconvenient. The staff was polite, but they weren’t very helpful when it came to answering questions or accommodating requests. Overall, the experience was average, and based on my stay, I wouldn’t recommend this...
