「This was my first time staying here and I was very impressed by the helpful staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel and the great location. I was there for the 4th of July weekend along with my two Yorkies and it was great to find a hotel that is pet friendly and accommodating, it's hard to find a nice hotel and pet friendly and this place fit the bill.」

「A place that looked brand new. Everything was super clean and tidy. The only thing that could have been better were the mattresses. I give them a perfect score. They also had a self-service shop which was great.」

「The sound proofing is terrible. We could hear people going to the bathroom in the next room, people yelling at their kids and banging against the walls. There aren't enough charging ports next to the beds and no USB-C's at all. The bathroom sink water never got hot and we even lost water for a short time.」

「Not enough handicap parking. Pool was closed in days we stayed. Dirty, wet and slippery floor in first room. Moved to another room no batteries on TV remote, fridge did not cool enough. Bathroom extractor very noisy. Only 3 small towels in bathroom. Helpful staff moved us room promptly and provided a replacement for TV remote.」

「Staff was great and helpful. The room was overall clean and nice. A few things, the bed was very wobbly, the bathroom door did not fully close or lock and the table in the room was wobbly was well. Not the biggest deals just thought it was weird but overall we enjoyed our stay.」

「Sheets were not clean. Sheets are not breathable fabrics and the area is very humid. Our room had no fridge or microwave. Asked housekeeping twice for towels and never got them. Room smelled like mold and had black mold stains on ceiling. Bathroom walls had hair on them. Hotel is next to a very loud bar that is open until 2am on weekends. Doors closing in rooms around us were loud and constantly woke us up. I wasn’t expecting a palace but even the very bare minimum is not met here.」
