「Room was clean, AC worked great, staff really friendly.」

「I had a very disappointing stay at Courtyard Hotel. From the moment I checked in, the staff did not seem welcoming or helpful, and the overall service felt unprofessional. The worst part of my stay was what I found in my room. There was something in a snack that looked like a worm or some kind of insect. It made me extremely uncomfortable and concerned about cleanliness and hygiene standards. I even took a picture of it because it was so shocking. Breakfast was also very poor. The food quality...

「The rooms are extremely outdated and appear to have had little to no upgrades. The refrigerator had rust on the sides, the desk chair was old with the seat tearing, and the room had a musty smell. The bedding also felt sticky and uncomfortable. The only positive was the staff—they were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Unfortunately, the condition of the property outweighed that. I would not recommend staying here and will not return」
