"Never going to stay at this hotel again. Our first room the ac went out then when my family and i went to enjoy the pool the staff told them it was 25$ per person if that’s the case it’s best to go to a actual water park. The front desk were very rude and kept bothering and pestering me for my baby to have swim diapers after i showed them multiple times that he had it on already "

"We arrived for check-in at 3pm as stated on their website and per a phone call I had made earlier to confirm. They told us that our room would not be ready for 30 minutes to and hour and that they would call when it was ready. The hotel was under construction and very busy so we did give some grace considering. However, at 4pm no one had called and so we attempted to check in again. We were given keys to a room that had dirty towels on the bathroom floor, it had not been vacuumed, there was food all over the microwave and there was clumps of jelly on couch. We returned to the front desk and were given keys to another room. The room was dated but clean. "
