The morning breakfast on the weekends doesn't have enough food for all the people. Out of many items and to get a refill takes a very long time. One coffee machine was broke and it took about 20 minutes to get a coffee. No yogurt no fruit no lids and no place to sit. The week days were fine. Staff was friendly and rooms very clean. Good shower pressure and very comfortable beds

Property was generally clean, felt safe, was close to most amenities, and the staff were courteous. I dislike the fact that when I would go to the front desk I would often have to wait for a staff member to come out of their office and on departure early morning there wasn't anyone at the front desk.

Hotel has a great location close to the Plaza Mall, a lot of restaurants as well as retail stores. Unfortunately the breakfast buffet came with a hair in my scrambled eggs and there isn’t enough room at certain intervals to even sit down in the morning hours. Hotel is quite since there are a lot of families traveling to that location.

Great Experience

Always a wonderful experience. Always clean and staff is friendly. Breakfast is always fresh and lots of variety. Love when you walk in there always a fresh smell making my mood happy! Workout room was good too. Clean and always had sanitizer wipes, which is a must for me.

The hotel is clean and neat. Unlimited coffee plus breakfast is so good—many foods to choose from. I will come back again. The location is easily accessible for getting around town. It was my first time visiting McAllen, and I had no trouble navigating the area. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and to anyone who reads my comments.

Great Experience, My Goto in the future.

Great Experience. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options. Clean common areas. Room was at a good temp and cooled well. Had a good vibe and not frumpy. Smelled great when you walked into the building. Pool was well kept. Saw staff cleaning the pool every day I was there. Workout room was clean too. Equipment was working except for the treadmill. Not sure if it was me not knowing how to turn on the distance and time or the machine was broken…idk but it allowed me to do a short run. I Will be booking here again.

Last Stay was Better

The room cleanliness was ok. The hallway carpet was filthy. I saw the cleaning carts in the hall when I checked in and I noticed large chunks of dirt in the hallway at the time. I was surprised to see them still there the next morning. They had not vacuumed the hall. There were barely any cups for coffee in the morning and they were small foam cups without lids. The front desk is always friendly though and I feel safe here, so I will be back.
