Long wait.

I had to wait an hour and a half to check in. Staff told me to wait in the dining area and then Staff forgot that I was waiting and gave rooms to guests who arrived after me. No updates were giving as to when a room would be available. I had to ask staff to remind them I was still here.

Only thing was walking into the room and there was trash in the trash can. Tv was on. Ice bucket with ice left in room. It’s like someone from staff was resting in room because bed was a mess. With remote on bed. Staff apologized and said I will be rewarded points for the inconvenience. Never received points. Hopefully owner sees this and talks to his staff about making sure room is ready to be occupied.
