「The location of the hotel seems safe, with a few nearby restaurants within a few minutes walk, so it was convenient to get a good meal at an affordable price. The room was on the first floor, and being able to park the car just outside the room was another plus. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room was decent for the price. 「Never stay thr again very poor customer service. My kids went to ask for a towel cuz they were getting in the pool and they went up to front desk to ask and ignored them like they were stupid. I ask if we can finish eating cuz I was done bbqing out back and they said we can't be on the property after 11am check out time. I'll will never stay thr again 」

「I recently stayed at Ramada in South Padre Island, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
The hotel was very noisy, which made it hard to relax or get a good night’s sleep. The room itself felt neglected — there were no basic toiletries like shower gel, shampoo, or even soap provided, which was quite surprising. The furniture is clearly outdated, and several items were worn out or broken, giving the space an overall run-down feel.
