Worked great for our short family visit

Paul and his team were very helpful and always greeted us as we entered or left the hotel. It was a little snug w 4 adults but we weren't in the room for long except to sleep and prepare to go out again. Would've liked to have protein (bacon or sausage) with the breakfast would be my only request.

The fact that nothing is immediately around it besides the Outdoor World / Bass Pro shop, and especially that there is really no one parking for that store on this side of the building, means there is much less likelihood of random people walking around or checking out vehicles or people checking into the hotel, than if it was in a more dense area. Also, though, the rooms are nice, the place is clean, the breakfast is good with many hot and cold options, and the staff is friendy.

Good location and nice spacious room. No cleaning service and breakfast is not worth waking up for. What’s offered is not good and very small selection. Coffee was either empty or cold every time we used it.

Great location, comfortable!

We travel to Harlingen all the time, and this was our first stay in this hotel. The location is great, close to dining options and the highway without being too noisy. Staff was super friendly even when we had some issues with the booking, I truly appreciated their help. Rooms need to be updated a little bit, but they were clean and very comfortable. Our room in particular had a broken oven (door was falling off) which wasn't an issue because we didn't have to use it, and when we pointed it out to staff they told us they were already working on replacing it. The hotel itself is very clean and we were very impressed, we would definitely stay here again. Once again, shoutout to the amazing staff!
