Very easy to access the beach right across the Main Street, you have a crosswalk so you’re good, only 5 min walk approximately!

AC unit did not cool. Toilet was clogged the whole time, we had to use the restroom when we were away. Bedding was dirty and needed to be replaced. No towels in the hotel at check in. The floors in the hotel room were filthy!
