「Awful experience」

「Guys please don’t book this hotel it’s the most horrible hotel at spi. My friend and I only booked 1 night and we didn’t even stay. That’s how bad it was. Room smelled disgusting like poop. ALL the towels had stains on them, shower curtain was disgusting it had all type of stains on it. WiFi does not work at all. Just a horrible experience since we walked in. Staff did not give refund even tho we didn’t end up staying. They are not helpful at all. They will charge you extra for unnecessary...

「La peoe experiencia en hoteles. No te pares ahí. La habitacion olía horrible a cigarro, las camas son una vil colchoneta en una tabla. Las cortinas estaban rotas, limpieza muy deficiente, cabellos por todos lados, regadera con sarro y con llaves de forma improvisada el agua salia muy fea y poca, sin toallas. Lo unico rescatable fue que el aire acondicionado qus si funcionaba. Alberca verde con lama por todas partes, no nos metimos porque daba miedo hacerlo. Sin duda un hotel muy pero muy feo」

「I loved the service and clean room」

「So many things I didn't like about this property. They did not cleaned the room, I was expecting for them to come at least 1 day to clean but they didn't. They told is "no more breakfast". Breakfast was basically just boiled eggs, cupcakes and a very long line to make a waffle (1 per person). Room was just okay. But definitely property could use some renovations. Pool was super packed. And it was a small size considering so many rooms hotel has. Everything looks so old and outdated. I won't...

「The elevators were inoperable which delayed my departure. Not enough luggage racks. My husband couldn’t connect his PlayStation to the WiFi. There were not enough towels for the number of guests in the room. The pool was full of bugs and people’s hair. The pillows were uncomfortable. The pull out couch bed was uncomfortable it almost felt broken. Had trouble with the ice machine. The washer and dryer look old and gross, I refused to use them but desperately needed them.」
