「Should introduce 0 rating cause this hotel deserves 0 or even negative rating. They gave a room which deadbolt does not work and the restroom door does not lock too. When I said that to them the man sitting on the reception says that I am being disrespectful! Whereas I just said them its their room issue. They did not provide any other room or fix the issue. Pathetic. You guys should not include these hotels in your server. Also the pictures used in the descriptions are edited or AI generated....

「Guys please don’t book this hotel it’s the most horrible hotel at spi. My friend and I only booked 1 night and we didn’t even stay. That’s how bad it was. Room smelled disgusting like poop. ALL the towels had stains on them, shower curtain was disgusting it had all type of stains on it. WiFi does not work at all. Just a horrible experience since we walked in.
