「Stayed for 10 days and had a wonderful vacation, our room was perfect the staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was amazing for an all inclusive and the kids enjoyed the kids club. Beatrice at Reception was always welcome and willing to go the extra mile. Regina our room maid always left such beautiful little touches making the kids smile and us feel very special and kitziana in the kids club was amazing with the boys. Looking forward to coming back again in the future」

「Beautiful property with lots of ways to relax in style, but also with plenty of activities. A solid 75% of the staff members were friendly, helpful and eager to serve. The suite had plenty of space with a nice shower, proper toilet room and a spacious terrace with a great view of the resort and beach. 」

「Astonishing breathtaking view of the ocean looking at Cozumel! Super friendly and professional staff, from concierge to all restaurant staff, it felt personalized all along our stay!! Great value for a boutique hotel!! Food never lacked in quality but the only thing to improve is on consistency, when ordering the same dish a few times, it never tasted the same, alway good but different! All in all thank you!, i would repeat no questions asked!」

「This is our second stay at an El Dorado Resort and we will definitely be going back. One year ago we stayed at the El Dorado Royale, and that property had three resorts on it - beautiful, but a lot of walking. The El Dorado Maroma had a much better beach, but the property with the Royale and the Casitas had more pools. We enjoyed that this resort was smaller and had less people, but still had all the great restaurants, entertaining shows, and the staff went out of their way to get us whatever...

「We loved our stay at Jungala!! The suites are roomy, spotless, tastefully decorated with almost any amenity you would need. The service was impeccable. We had access to the grounds & pools of the other beautiful hotels within the Vidanta complex. We would definitely choose to stay here again on a future trip to the Riviera Maya! 」

「酒店位于海滩有4-5个街区，步行10分钟后，远了一点。我入住的那天，在公共区域可以连上酒店的wifi，房间信号满格，但就是无法连上wifi。前台非常敬业，想了很多办法，可惜最后还是没能解决。当然，问题并不在前台。希望酒店加强管理，不要让这一问题影响自己的声誉。」
