"We got the two bedroom suite and it had 3 queen beds. It was fairly clean , but the floors were not the cleanest. The shuttles were convenient and the pool was nice for some downtime. The price was reasonable considering the time of year we went. I would stay here again."

"Everything was good, clean and organized. We had a quick stay at this hotel but we would definitely come back in the future. I would like to suggest that maybe they provide a different version of breakfast some days. Having a hotel that includes breakfast is a plus for our family."

"We didn’t get breakfast, but by our choice, and yes the room was extremely comfortable, Charlie and the guy up front I’m sorry I forgot his name…was so nice and accommodating. I look forward to staying there again soon.😆♥️🌹"

"The property looked OK and smelled OK, but it was not clean in my room. The shower I actually needed shower shoes that was a first for me. There was hair all over the room. The bed was clean. The air conditioner was super loud and the shower leaked all over the floor. The room looks as it’s pictured, but there is a parking fee that is not disclosed and Expedia makes it sound like parking is included with the price. The location was the best thing about the property. It was close to everything. I wouldn’t stay here again just because this isn’t my cup of tea. I guess you get what you pay for. The pool also said it closed at nine, but there were people outside in the pool up and down the corridors all night."

"We stayed for three nights during our trip to Orlando with our two teenage daughters. We liked the separate bedrooms and the kitchen area. There could have been better seating arrangements - just one sofa that sat three and one coffee table. Staff was responsive to our concerns. Two big problems during our stay. One resolved, one unresolved. The A/C couldn’t cool our room adequately. Also, we experienced very low water pressure and couldn’t get hot water for the shower. It was just lukewarm and very low volume out of the showerhead. Also, the air-conditioning needed its filter replaced as it was very dirty, and we were experiencing major sinus issues. We texted the Front Desk regarding these problems and they very quickly responded with an offer to have maintenance go over to our room to address. We were told that maintenance did go while we were at Universal Studios and that the issue was resolved. We were pleased to see the air-conditioning was fixed and that it cooled adequately but they did nothing about the water pressure or hot water. This was very frustrating because it’s hardly a vacation when you have to race in and out of the shower because it’s too cold to stay in. Again, the Front Desk was very friendly and helpful, but I have to say I’m very disappointed that they didn’t fix our water pressure and temperature problem. Not the hotel’s fault, but we could smell strong presence of marijuana in the lobby."
