「We arrived in the hotel early and left our luggages to the hotel staff. When we got back our luggage in the evening, one of the suitcases was apparently damaged. The staff tried to fixed it twice but failed. I was promised to be given at least a letter confirming the damage so that I could send it our insurer, and that the hotel would give us membership points as a compensation. 「Comfy room, generous towels. Arrived late Friday evening, no bother getting a table in the pub downstairs for food- they don't take table reservations, so I wasn't at a disadvantage. Good wide choice on the menu and attentive service. There was a nightwatchman for after hours- what a treasure! He showed me how to access once the pub was closed, helped me empty the bags from the car and carried them to our room all with a friendly, nothing was too much trouble approach. 「Pleasant stay at the Seaton Lane Inn with a little hiccup of no towels in the room on arrival but was remedied straightaway. Check in was quick and easy although steep stairs to the upper level of the Inn rooms. May be a little difficult for older people to negotiate these. Had food in the restraunt one night and enjoyed the steak which was cooked as asked and the service was also good from the waiter. Check out was also quick and easy so a very good stay at a good hotel.」

「Staff were great, the hotel looked stunning and the grounds were amazing. The breakfast was delicious too. The room we had was in the attic so I kept hitting my head, the main light in the room was above the doorway which was around a corner so didn’t really help at all. There was water and hair in the bottom of the shower when we arrived as if someone had only just had a shower. There were patches of damp in the room around the window and on the ceiling.」

「I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel.」

「Check in was quick and easy. Staff were helpful and polite, even moved me from a room in the inn to an annexe room so I could be away from noise from bar. Also had a very good breakfast which is extra but excellent value for money. Definitely recommend it hotel and breakfast.」
