"Always love our overnight stays at Lumley. Love the more quirky rooms in particular. Breakfast is always gorgeous, and well organised. Staff are all lovely, approachable, friendly, cheerful. "Was easy to find and a convenient location to access the centre of Middlesbrough, including the football stadium if you are there for a game. Room was good value for money - only comment is it had a small kitchen area but no wardrobe to hang up clothes..,not the biggest issue as it was only an overnight ..."
