Very helpful that there is parking behind the hotel that you can pay for at reception - a very reasonable fixed price for 24 hours. "

Hotels.com is in control of the booking so they were not able to amend or cancel the booking and the customer service reps consistently would refer me back to Premier Inn, which had nothing to do with booking the stay"
