Room was OK, well priced with en suite and key coded doors. A good amount of parking. Improvements for the future. The bathroom sink was extremely small in a design that allowed water onto the floor. The carpets were dirty. When first in the room clean towels weren't provided. The staff were friendly and happy to assist. Breakfast is also provided. Would stay again.

Ok for a short stay.

Rather run down, absolute minimum and full of almost aggressive posters telling you how to behave. Sadly these didn't work, as the noisy guests in the room next to ours got picked up by the police in the middle of the night. The passcode to our room also expired after one day, and had to be reset. The breakfast buffet was lukewarm. But the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Everything was better than we expected

We were very positively surprised by this hotel. Didn´t expect much, but the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was super. The rooms were clean and checkin and checkout was easy. We will definately come back if we ever come back to Middlesbrough.

This is my second stay at Baltimore hotel. Great central location, very clean and very friendly polite staff. A bit minimalistic but staff are happy to provide anything required on request. On a main road but feels quiet. Parking and breakfast were included , overall great value for money.
