北約克郡出租度假屋

「Really lovely beachfront property with a balcony over the beach. Check in was easy as was parking and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. It’s a great location and the apartments are really nice. Would recommend.」

「The apartment was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Fab views of the sea and castle made up for having to climb three flights of stairs (no lift). Delicious breakfast at the hotel next door is a very reasonable £15 per head. Easy walk into the town centre/Peasholme Park/Open Air theatre. Very helpful staff.」

「Very friendly reception from the landlord Gareth who provided a most enlivening atmosphere in the Duke of Wellington ie a darts match for the men and Easter wreath making for the ladies. No food unfortunately but we found an excellent Italian restaurant in nearby Northallerton. The courtyard room was clean and comfortable, marred only by a very awkward shower - not easy to enter, due to lack of space.」

「I am a few times returning customer to the Town Hall Flats and stay here because it s located in the town square and has disability parking bays right outside. The stairs to the properties can be hard going though and aren't disabled friendly. The apartments are very spacious, clean and comfortable with a very workable kitchen for self catering.」

「Only thing wrong was we didn’t stay long enough. We loved this little cottage. It’s a beautiful little home away from home. Whitby was fantastic as well. Wish we’d known ahead of time how much we would love it so we could have booked a longer stay.」

「Lovely place to stay. Was just the two of us. We would say 2nd bedroom is suitable for children rather than infants or adults, due to steep stairs, and layout of the room. Teenagers would love it I'd imagine. Only thing that let it down slightly was the small seating area outside. Just needs a little TLC. A quick sweep out would have helped. Other than that Masham and this property well worth visit, if maybe slightly over priced.」

「There's so much to like about this property and it certainly had very high standards when it was initially designed and refurbished. However it does not maintain the high level of ambition of being a high-end holdiay apartment. Blocked gutters are causing a damp shower room, maintenance issues such as boiler constantly cutting out leaving no hot water or heating. Small maintenance issues, rudimentary cleaning and cheap mattresses, where a topper wouldn't go a miss, leave a disappointment. It is...

「Great location, good size all round, good shower, well equipped kitchen (inc. washing machine & detergent), comfortable, quiet, parking great, good value for money.」

「Property was very central and great for a couple with heir dog. The apartment has a modern feel and is beautifully decorated, the large windows are a lovely feature.」
