"A good welcome by the desk staff, who were helpful with everything. Good location for the city, all with easy walking distance, room was a decent size, well lit with fridge, safe, and plentiful tea and coffee. 2nd time staying here, and, if return to Durham, will definitely use again."

Village Hotel Newcastle

Village Hotel Newcastle

8/10 Good
"Room was nice and spacious. Check in was excellent. Leisure facilities were not up to a good standard. Changing rooms and showers were not clean, the swimming pool and jacuzzi were unbelievably cold. One of the jacuzzi’s was taped up and not working. Sauna was average and busy I think because no one could use the pool due to the temperature."
