Room was clean no issues with staff Unfortunately the heating was not working error code was on, used plug in heater overnight. It was late and was tired so was not in the mood to chase it up, mentioned it on leaving said I should have called and they would have over rided it

Great stay

Great stay Stayed as we were running the GNR Very busy over this weekend but the staff was amazing and friendly !! The hotel even put out lots of extras for the runners in reception like bottles of water bananas sis gels and sweets on a help your self basis which was a nice touch. Breakfast was very nice with nice ingredients etc.

Great hotel, in a great area ( Quayside) & we had a lovely view of river & Quayside. All staff were very friendly & welcoming. The food was lovely but quite expensive. The bed was so comfortable. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay

The room was everything you expect with a great view Breakfast was very busy with lots of people arriving at the same time but the staff worked hard to keep everything topped up. There was for me a limited fruit section and no yoghurts which is my preference. Everywhere we needed to go was walkable. Whilst we enjoyed our stay the lack of car parking was a real issue. We had to walk 10 minutes to and from the car each time and leave it in an unsecured car park.

The room was quite tired looking. All felt like it would benefit from a thorough cleaning with several things dirty and run down looking(chips in walls etc). The beds themselves were fine, and the sheets were clean. The temperature of the room was good and it was quiet even on the roadside.

I booked this Leonardo after staying at the Leonardo in Belfast city centre in 2024. Belfast was phenomenally clean and updated, this one feels a bit tired and with that, a little less clean, but generally okay. The bed and bedroom were clean, it was just the carpets and bathroom.

Short break with friends.

After we had checked-out, one of our friends discovered she had left 2 diamond rings at the hotel. We phoned the hotel and the staff quickly found the rings and put our minds at rest. We returned and collected the rings. Very impressed and thankful for the help of staff.

Hotel in great location. Not a far walk away from the city . parking was located right outside the hotel which was great . Rooms were very basic and were needing a freshen up . Bathroom wasn’t very clean and the shower was blocked and made the bathroom soaking wet . Reception staff were lovely
