「Staff were exemplary and everything the room was spotless and bed very comfy. one criticism no complimentary water in the fridge and the furniture housing the fridge in need of repair ( doors wouldn’t close after opening). Meal in Fratello’s very good and staff very attentive.」

「A small but well appointed twin room. Quiet and could not hear other people, so this was good. Tasty pub grub and a decent choice for breakfast. Just what we needed」

「The room was perfectly clean with a very comfortable bed and the shower had none of the malfunctions often experienced in hotels!! The public rooms were beautifully decorated for Xmas. We enjoyed two breakfasts at the extensive buffet but missed maple syrup for our pancakes! However we were most impressed with the friendliness & helpfulness shown by all the staff & we expressed this on our departure. We will be back!」

「The hotel is very clean. The room was small but cozy. Tea and coffee making facilities. Our room overlooked the station. It was nice hearing the trains. Very close to central areas and Quayside. Saw a car park at the station but not sure of the price. Friendly reception staff. Value for money. 」
