The room was clean and the staff is friendly and nice and they had great suggestions for places to eat and to visit. Just keep in mind the "ground" floor in this hotel in floor number 6 so if you like to get a good view i believe it's better to book rooms in the upper floors. Overall, the hotel have a perfect locations where you are on the famous Victoria street directly and close to Edinburgh castle and have alot of good restaurants around it. Would definitely come back again to stay here.

This hotel is truly lovely. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are comfortable with ample amenities. The location is also ideal, just a short walk from the castle and Princes Street.

This hotel was a real life fairytale! Each corner was filled with something amazing. From the roof top castle view, to the staff and amazing food from restaurant. Excellent location, clean, spacious rooms. Definitely would love to come back!

I cannot rate this hotel more highly. The staff went above and beyond to get me into my room early at no extra fee, and even upgraded me. The room was absolutely beautiful and spotless, and the bed was so comfy that I almost couldn’t get out of it. The mini bar was stocked with lovely treats and the bar made me the best margarita I’ve had in years. I cannot wait to come back, thanks so much for having me!
