「Really friendly and efficient team who communicated regularly before and throughout our stay. Apartment spotless with everything you need. Tiny niggles - would benefit from additional lighting outside the entrance to the building . Sockets not near the mirrors so not ideal for those who use a hairdryer and straighteners. Bedside lamps weren’t charged but plenty other lightening so not an issue. These really are tiny niggles and we would definitely stay again on our next visit to Edinburgh....

「Loved the location, close to grocery store, restaurants, train/tram & bus station. It’s a very busy area with traffic & people walking about, but that noise is barely noticeable inside. The flat was well appointed and comfortable, with a small kitchen & all you’d need to cook a meal. The bathroom had shelf space above the vanity, which is one reason I chose this flat. 「There is no parking for this place. The parking that they list on their email is only for permit holders. This greatly reduced my rating. The apartment itself could use a good deep clean. Tons of dust, the couch was covered in stains, the blanket on the couch was very smelly and dirty. The location is okay, far walks and bus rides to everything. 」

「I loved my stay at the Brae. It was the perfect place to get over jet lag as I embarked on a one-month vacation of the U.K. It’s a couple of miles outside of town, and the bus to downtown stops right in front of the house, which was perfect. Very comfortable for sleeping. Having a bath tub to soak in after a day full of walking was heaven. Graeme was an extremely welcoming and informative host. Definitely recommend t He Stay at the Brae.」
