Overall great hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful. Restaurant and lounge were fantastic…also their staff was excellent. Biggest complaint was the WiFi was spotty. Less of a complaint as we knew ahead of time but as it is kind of far from city center. Otherwise would stay again.

Is an excellent place to go to with a lot of restaurants and coffee shops just with a walking distance also the bus service is with in reach number 2,3,4 and 25 all take you to the old town is a perfect hotel for peace and quiet thank you to all the staff we will come back.

Our room 220 was lovely we knew it didn’t have windows but the massive screen showing Hearts ground totally amazing. The room spacious my only gripe was the Milton brown shampoo and shower gel pumps didn’t work but I bought my own and one night we didn’t have hand towels but that’s all minor things. We had plenty of condiments and a lovely touch free crisps and jammy dodgers my fav lol. The staff 10/10 outstanding from the lovely ladies on reception to the guys in the sky restaurant. Breakfast wow totally amazing the chef you are superb. The bust stop is just around the corner to get to Edinburgh centre. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel. Guys your doing a fab job

At first we couldn’t find the hotel, even the taxi driver was unsure. But we were pleasantly surprised that it was located in the football stadium and it wasn’t a castle. Staff was great and helpful, the place was very clean. A short walk took us to a good choice of different restaurants. The one negative was the hotel restaurant ran out of multiple items on their menu so our dinner choices were limited. The hotel manager was very apologetic and helped to make the meal enjoyable.
