We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—right in the heart of all the action and within easy walking distance of so many of Edinburgh’s main sights, restaurants, and shops. It was also very easy to get to from the airport, which made arriving and departing stress-free. The views were fantastic, and the hotel had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a great home base for exploring Edinburgh, and we would happily stay here again!

The location was perfect! Getting the luggage up the stairs was a bit of a mission but well worth it. The laundry facilities were so handy. The apartment was well equipped and had everything I needed for my stay in Edinburgh, I’d happily stay again.

I highly recommend this spacious property in a prime location. Easy access to train station in under 5 minutes and just a 10-15 minute walk to most sights, including the castle. The property was very well equipped. The only small critique we had was that the bed was only a queen size rather than a king, in US standards, but it worked out fine. There’s also a great restaurant just outside the lower level called The Doric.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Edinburgh. The location was fantastic, right across from Waverley Station, with great views of the city, yet surprisingly quiet. There’s no elevator, but we actually enjoyed the stairs and didn’t find them a problem at all (Crazy I know). The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the host was quick to respond whenever we had questions. One small suggestion would be to consider updating the carpet or adding flooring in the bedroom, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

location was great. Very close to town centre, shops, cafes, restaurants and areas of interest. There is no lift in the property, which meant climbing several flights of stairs to get to our room. Good window soundproofing - able to shut out the noise of the busy street.

We had a fantastic stay here. They check in process was very smooth Everything we could’ve possibly needed was in our room. Every inch of space was so well utilized. The luggage storage and laundry was very convenient, and the location was great (very close to Avery station and a short walk to the royal mile).

It would have received an Excellent review except we were located on the 4th floor. Other than too many steps, and yes I know this has to be expected in Edinburgh, it was a great location, great unit, well equipped and very clean. I would stay there again if I could get a lower floor level

Beautiful, immaculate 1 bed, 1 bath with spacious living suite. Incredible views of the city. Excellent location for exploring Edinburgh. Great amenities that you wd find in a hotel. Property managers were quick to respond to our questions and needs. We were on 4th floor which was quite a haul With luggage. 2nd floor luggage storage needed more space.
