「The Sunderland Holiday Inn staff were wonderful. I had a bad fall at the theatre and when I got back they couldn’t have been more kind and helpful, especially Kieran. He offered to take me to A&E but I did not want to go. He bathed my wound and found a plaster for it. I cannot remember the name of the other receptionist but she was equally as kind and helpful. 「Hotel was a little dated, however, the staff and service was second to none. We also booked dinner in the bistro and that was absolutely delicious. Bistro was very nice and staff were excellent, delivering excellent service. Nothing was to much bother. We asked for lattes after our meal to drink in the lounge next door to the Bistro, and staff were very accommodating. We will definitely stay again. Great place to stay 」
