Hotel was in a good location. We did not have robes in our room to use the pool and spa - we had to ask three times for these to be sent up and ended up just using a towel on our first visit to the Spa as we got fed up of waiting. In addition, a plug socket blew up when attempting to charge my phone which, whilst dealt with promptly was an inconvenience. The Spa area was smaller than anticipated, the loungers were too few and they need replacing - there was also a peculiar spell in/around the pool area on one of the visits. The Gin bar was lovely and staff provided great service.

Good hotel

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms were clean, spacious and the bathrooms were lovely. The small issue was that the pillows were hard. The food and drinks in the bar were a great price and the staff were very friendly and helpful
