I had a very pleasant one night stay in the Osborne hotel on January 7th the check-in was very smooth and quick I was travelling alone so my room was for one person and had everything I needed for my stay. staff are very welcoming and attentive the breakfast is table service and very good.would definitely stay here again. Nice place for the price.Convenient to town. Only disappointment is that the duvet cover was not clean and smelt musty-luckily there was a clean blanket in the cupboard and the heating was effective.

I found the hotel very welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable and warm. The ensuite (although small) was sparkling clean with a good shower and freshly laundered towels. I would definitely book to stay here again. Larry.

Room was clean (although there was a sandwich in the bedside drawer left by previous inhabitants!), staff eere so so friendly and helpful, breakfast was yummy and ao decent considering included in price. A total gem of a find!

The hotel is in a good location, only a short walk from the city centre. There are a few free parking spaces which is nice. Rooms are basic and a bit dated but ok, shower performance in the family room was not great. Breakfast is good. Staff are very friendly.
