Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort
Staff didn’t clean fully, and the room smelled musty. The towels didn’t get changed and the blankets plus mattress were hard and one bed even had a hole. Plus the room service/staff take 30-1 hour to arrive even after repeated calling them to hurry.

Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando
Ac kept room cool. I needed an extra blanket press “0” on the room phone and asked for one and got it within 10 minutes to my room!
