"This hotel was beautiful! Great location, easy access to the Old Market. Lobby and rooms nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved our stay- however there is two issues we had: 1) our room never got below 74 degrees. Even after switching rooms. Lucky we came in spring and not summer. 2) Water pressure. When other reviews say poor water pressure. They do not touch on how poor. Trickle at best. However, the water did stay nice and hot. The pressure is non-existent, not poor. "

"This property has been renovated to make it look and feel like a regular 5 star hotel. The decor is beautiful and the rooms are like new. There are a few minor things that make my rating just shy of perfect. There is no Kleenex in the room necessitating me placing small roll of toilet paper on my bedside stand to flow my runny nose in. "5 out of 5, regardless minor imperfections. The room could use a little paint and new doors, however, it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was stocked with amenities, there were no bugs, and all fixtures worked. Check in was pleasant and easy. The front desk gentlemen were polite and efficient. There was a bit of noise throughout the night with guests coming and going, however I was bothered by no one. My vehicle was safe and the rooms are 80% soundproof. The outward appearance and...
