The air conditioning does not work. The shower had barely any water pressure we had a dirty blanket and the man came up and just had us take the first blanket off and told us to use the bottom blanket. The younger female that works there is rude and refused to move us to a different room after the man told her to move us she fought him about it. When we told her our air conditioning wasn’t working she blamed the weather. Horrible place to stay I highly recommend not ever staying there

Worst reception ever. Place looked dirty even from the lobby and parking lot was unkept. Front desk clerk was so rude and unprofessional when he told me our reservation could not be honored because they were booked. He was not apologetic and walked away. I was happy not to stay there. Do not recommend this place.

Upon entering the room noticed the AC was running but temp was probably in the 80s. The thermostat was set to 65 but it was not cooling the room. Found the smoke detector laying on the dresser, one bed had stains on the bedspread and the bathroom did not look very clean. The room was dated and had a musty smell. The hotel staff refunded our money and we left.

This was the worst hotel experience I've had in a long time. When we first arrived, the room was dirty. There was dirt and hair all over the bedding. The bathroom had trash on the counter, and the sink had hair and what looked like soda residue in it. There was something that looked like jelly on one of the walls and water damage on the ceiling. We could deal with all of that, but after being there for a couple of hours, we started seeing bedbugs. That is something that we will not just deal with, so we immediately packed up and left. The hotel refused to give us a refund because we were there long enough that they couldn't rent the room to anyone else.

I went ahead and took this one because of the rating and the proximity to the zoo. It could be a halfway decent place if they would put a little bit of money and extra staff into it. The very questionable issue was that my smoke detector was covered with a shower cap, but I also had to go down and ask for pillowcases for my bed, I had absolutely no shower curtain, and the AC didn't work so they had a fan set up for the room. I was going to complain when I asked for the pillowcases, but the guy ahead of me was telling them that he needed a different room because of the big hole in his ceiling that was dripping water everywhere. I slept with my pew pew, and kept looking out the window to make sure that my car was okay. No issues there, thankfully

The room was in desperate need of repairs and maintenance. Smoke alarm was not installed and placed on top of tv stand. Carpets, sofa, and bed cover were stained. Holes in drywall in bathroom. Drain in tub was slow so after a 5 minute shower you were standing in 8 inches of water. Was asked for proof of ADA service dog but since there’s no documentation needed, I was forced to pay extra for my dog.

If it wasn't due to the fact that all the hotels nearby were sold out, we would've booked elsewhere. The floors were disgusting like they hadn't even been vacuumed, ac wouldn't work, windows were leaking during storm. I never leave reviews but definitely needed to, to forewarn other travelers. There was poop outside on of the rooms that I booked for my family that had been there for days. Overall terrible. I even bought bedsheets at Walmart to put over the beds because I didn't feel comfortable that the sheets were any clean. The ac had mold in it. The towel to put down in one bedroom was super stained and gross. Do not recommend and hopefully I get a refund or partial refund.

Parking was easy. The bathroom had used soap and shampoo. The TV was broken. The carpet heavily stained and they asked for a surprise $50 damage deposit, neglected to tell us breakfast hours - though I am not sure we would have eaten there. Look . I know you get what you pay for and I expected low quality- but clean and serviceable.
