「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「We were pleasantly surprised with the unit. We had a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom and it was perfect. The Elevators can use some cleaning but everything else was great. I would definitely stay there again 」

「Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」

「We loved the location. We loved the helpfulness of the staff. Shopping/dining are nearby. Great value. Only issue- the restaurant that is connected to the hotel was not open most of the time. Closed Wed normally then closed on Thurs due to weather no rain. No breakfast at the hotel( but plenty of places nearby) When we asked, we were told that it is not owned by the hotel and they set their own hours.」
