「A genuinely great hotel with beautiful and clean buildings, superlative staff (especially the front desk staff, especially Menard). It seems like every year New Orleans seems to decay a little more, with a lack of pride for the city by its residents and visitors. It’s a shame that such a treasure keeps getting dirtier every year.
