「Hotel and rooms smelt lovely/refreshing, extremely clean… realizing that it has only been open 1 month, I’m sure a few kinks will be worked out. The first is the TV use and availability of streaming (It was not set up for Netflix, Prime, etc). Secondly, there really should be a microwave in the rooms. We went out to eat and could not bring leftovers back to reheat so I had to throw away 1/2 of a 30$ meal. Last thing to add is instructions on phone and TV use would be helpful. No complaints, just...

「From check in on we loved this stay so much! We visited a few of the other resorts but this exceeded our expectations! We stayed 3 nights. The only thing that bothered me is that they ran out of chocolate chip gelato. So yeah, that’s so trivial! Staff is so friendly and professional. I recommend anyone to stay here!」

「The view from our balcony and easy access to such a beautiful beach made the whole experience! There's not many food options nearby, and they don't serve breakfast, but the room had a kitchen area for food storage and prep. They also have a lovely gazebo with swings and fire pits for grilling on the beach side. Plan accordingly and you won't regret your stay here!」

「First time in New Orleans and this hotel was perfect. Very elegant and centrally located to everything you want to do in the French Quarter. Only downside is the rooms are on the smaller side but everything about this hotel was great. Will definitely be staying here next time I visit」
