「Great local hotel on Pensacola Beach - staff was super friendly, rooms were very clean, location is perfect to walk to bars/restaurants in the area. There is a bar/restaurant on the hotel property that is really nice too. Only two "dings" during our stay - (1) we stayed in one of the villas which was really cool and had a lot of room, but the stand-up shower was EXTREMELY small; plenty of space in the villa to expand this (2) the bar closed early at 9pm which was very disappointing considering...

「They are mandatorily charged $30 plus tax, which is $35.25/day, including 2 bottles of water, but they don't provide that. Including a $20 laundry credit, but they don't provide a laundry bag, tag, and there is no service on Sunday, but still charge, and take more than 24 hours to return laundry clothes. $10/day meal, but it is not clear the time limit per day, when to use for the arrival day, and the check-out day.」

「I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us.
