「The hotel was a renovation of the original hotel built in 1929. The decor and amenities were modern but there were pictures throughout the hotel of the original property and surrounding area during its early years. The lobby was very classy. The pool was very nice. The rooftop bar was very nice as well with a view of the beach, marina, and port. The rooms were simple but clean and comfortable. 「We stayed at Scarlett pearl for the proximity to the marina. We love that the property is pet friendly and the fee was reasonable $75 with tax about $83. However, the hotel does have various rules for guests ,all guests need to check in with security the room card and an ID , no coolers allowed and they will not accommodate any special requests or upgrades they will tell you your welcome to pay for the upgraded price.」

「New property, staff was friendly and helpful. There is no elevator, just 2 sets of stairs. The room has a fridge and microwave as well as an ice bucket but there are no ice machines on the property. There is a washer and dryer, very expensive $4 per load. Water pressure is very soft. A/C was good, blew cold!! For the area, it was a decent stay for needing close to the ballpark.」

「Great hotel the only issue was they don’t have actual blankets on the beds. They only have thicker sheets. I froze at night because of it. Also most of their parking is in the back of the hotel. This wouldn’t normally be a problem unless it’s raining and you have to walk in the pouring rain because of it. They don’t have a back entrance and that really sucks.」
