「Just found out the facility is being demolished so the property has not been kept in perfect condition. Saddens us bc the property has been in our family and friends history since growing up as the Holiday Inn. Saddened to know that so much will be destroyed instead of the property being upgraded and kept. 」

「No kettle provided which I think is important. I don’t understand why no show curtain. Toilet flooded every night after shower like a mess. Room service didn’t wash my dishes! Room is clean though.」

「Excellent customer service. We were a rather large and difficult party (first time cruisers). The staff helped us to print and attach our luggage tags. They were also able to accommodate us on our very early check-in’s not once but twice with a reasonable compromise. 」

「We stayed in this hotel for three days, we are all very satisfied, the room was large and spacious, I love the full size kitchen .and the hotel was clean and quiet. We all get a good night's sleep. The hotel is surrounded by outlet malls and supermarkets . Universal Studios, Disney and the airport are all within a 20-minute drive. It's very convenient.
