"The hotel itself was great, but unfortunately the billing experience was not. We were charged multiple unexpected fees, including a per day for parking and a per day resort fee. While at the resort, the staff admitted to my face that charging me the Expedia amount directly said it was an accident and said it would be credited back. However, after I left, the story changed and I was told it was actually a “deposit.” As of writing this review, the money still has not been returned.
For a two-night stay, I ended up with an additional $625 in charges pending/posted beyond what was expected. The property itself was nice, but the lack of transparency and inconsistent explanations regarding the charges really took away from the experience."
