「The hotel is beautiful and very welcoming. The staff were all great and worked diligently to ensure we were taken care of from check in to check out. We both agreed the bar seems a bit understaffed and it took a while to get served, but it wasn't because the bartender was slow or ill equipped for the task, it was that she was covering the bar, the restaurant and the guest sitting in the bar area. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」
