Great hotel Love the amenities although the pool and game room was a bit crowded other than that the room was great we got the double bed double queens with the hot tub very cool view of the ocean and the city overall had a great time very clean would definitely go there again and stay a lot longer My suggestion pick this one you won't regret it

Building is showing its age. Room had damage to the walls, the bathroom fan did not work and the balcony door would not lock. Needs a remodel, probably will not book again.

The gym was very small. The shower needs a removable handle. The pressure could have been stronger as well. Instead of a straight shower bar, it needs the curved ahower bar so that the shower curtain does not touch you. Had to pay extra to park in the parking lot associated with the hotel, such a rip-off!! $10 plus taxes

Well, they had a fire alarm go off my last night at about 12 1238 1 AM in the morning we were on the 12th floor. It wasn’t due to a fire. It was due to a faulty alarm system because it went back off and this is what we heard directly from the paramedics and the fire department and it was just extremely inconvenient and the fact that it went off multiple times, and there wasn’t something wrong and earlier it went off in the parking garage, a couple of times

The room was clean but the hotel is dated and needs upgrades. The bed was not very comfortable. Parking garage needs security cameras and/or restrooms since we saw someone using the garage as a restroom. Also stairways need air fresheners to combat marijuana smell.

Amazing stay! Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. The deposit is only $11 (for parking), which is very reasonable compared to other hotels. The staff are incredibly friendly and always available, truly one of the best parts of the experience. The rooms are spotless, and I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always been consistently clean and comfortable. You really don’t need to leave the hotel, everything is right there! Pool, restaurants, bar, shops, and an awesome café with delicious ice cream and cupcakes. The ocean view is beautiful, and the parking is easy and spacious. For the price, this is easily one of the best deals you can find in the area. Highly recommend!

The room was not clean. The headboard was sticky. The toilet kept backing up (3 times). No one offered a different room. The rooms are outdated. For over $150 a night, you would think it would be at the very least clean and everything would work

My stay here was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable and inviting. I had a beautiful view of the beach from a balcony. Downstairs was the cutest cafe with delicious coffee and a friendly staff. There was also a back entrance that went straight to the boardwalk. My new favorite place to stay in OC.
