「I stayed at this resort (July 2025), and it was wonderful. I requested a top floor and the receptionist was able to accommodate me last minute. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are amazing they are recently updated and had a washer/dryer and provided all the necessary amenities such as detergent, broom, mop, vacuum to keep the room clean. The pool area has 4 seperate sections one kiddie pool, one with a pirate ship, one with a lazy river, and the third is a standard pool...

「Would stay again. Loved the condo. The only downside is the cordless vac was not working and there was no broom. Combined with a beach trip this made the cleanliness go away.」

「The office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it. Not sure how you'd get an issue fixed, thankfully for us the issue happened as we were preparing to leave. The suites are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishware. Having a washer and dryer in the suite...

The Room sink is leaking and tv remote is not working i have to do laundry washing everything and buy bed bugs spray our suitcase waste one day do nothing and move our stuff to different room my kids already sleep we have to carry kids to different room is 9:00 pm is exhausted do all the work when we on vacation. 」
