「It was as clean as to be expected..it was walking distance to alot of things. Just a little to loud for us. The staff was helpful and kind.」

「The hotel and property are very nice. The staff is friendly. Awesome beach view from our room. The room didn't get cleaned unless requested so we struggled a little with getting rid of garbage and getting clean towels. Other than that, the hotel was great!」

「The hotel overall was filthy. All floors, windows, hall furniture and common areas were in need of a deep and thorough clean. The pool was more green and did not appear clean. All wallpaper was rippled, peeling, or stained. The doors had dents all up and down them. The breakfast nook was dirty. There was hair in both beds. The bathtub needed a deep scrub or replacement. The furniture was dated, dented, and edges were peeling. Two staff members were at the front desk talking about how rooms were...

「General Manager was rude. Yelling at staff members and talking over customers. It took over 45 minutes to checkin. Once in the room the stove was rusty, floor still had sand from the beach. When I booked the room it said oceanfront but the balcony is located on the side of the building.」

「Check in was smooth, and rooms were spotless. Our family enjoyed the hotel amenities including the indoor and outdoor pools. Our family had a fantastic stay and will book again in the future!」

「Room was decently clean , but probably because I complained before hand I booked the hotel before reading reviews like an idiot and when I saw they were so terrible and tried to cxl my booking bc of that they got all pissed off and was rude in their response. The amenities are trash the fridge barely stayed cold and the one AC unit they put in the room BEHIND the bed lol didn't cool the room off hardly at all. They do in fact have a roach problem. No ice machine you have to buy a bag from them...
