「Clean and spacious room. Good view of ocean. Our balcony was small although had a good ocean view. Pools were small and mostly usable for children.」

「The location is good , people work there is good but room have bed bugs me and my kids get bit first night. The Room sink is leaking and tv remote is not working i have to do laundry washing everything and buy bed bugs spray our suitcase waste one day do nothing and move our stuff to different room my kids already sleep we have to carry kids to different room is 9:00 pm is exhausted do all the work when we on vacation. 」

「The office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it. Not sure how you'd get an issue fixed, thankfully for us the issue happened as we were preparing to leave. The suites are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishware. Having a washer and dryer in the suite...

「Clean, large, welcoming suite. Security at the gate was good. Pool area was clean and was not crowded even when large crowds were at the pool. Staff very friendly. Room did not have working jets in tub. Patio door blinds did not function resulting in early rise mornings. Overall good experience and will definitely go back when in Myrtle Beach. 」

「This is a privately owned seaside hotel. It reminded me of the family stays we had near the beach when I was a kid. The hotel staff was down to earth and incredibly accommodating. The 7-year old that was with me always wanted to stop and chat with them (and visit the hermit crabs) whenever we left the room. I would definitely stay there again.」
