"The only thing I have to say is that we checked in about 11:30pm Friday night the lady at the desk, was not very welcoming maybe she had a bad day. But over all we had a great stay. Rooms are clean and pool area is clean."

"The location was excellent—right on the beach and close to restaurants, attractions, and stores. The oceanfront views were beautiful, especially in the morning. The pools and lazy river were enjoyable, and there were plenty of options for families and kids. The room was decent and served its purpose, though some areas could use a little updating. Staff were generally friendly and helpful during our stay."

"We checked in at 1:30 am in the morning from the airport and was told there is no late check-out's on the weekend, so we had to be out by 10:00 am. I was anticipating 11:00 am, but 10:00 am is way early, so we had to hustle everyone with disrupted sleep quickly out. We did not get a chance to enjoy any of the amenities. For the price we paid for a few short hours of sleep was not worth it. The room was fine, although there wasn't a blanket for the Murphy bed, so we had to go back downstairs. Also, we waited 15 minutes for an elevator at the check-out time. One elevator was out of service and the other two were packed with people trying to check out."

"I would’ve gave 5 stars if my room was attended to more than what it was. And that was close to none honestly. I stayed from Tuesday-Friday and only had housekeeping 1 time. That 1 time was only because my son had an accident on the bed and needed new linen. If that didn’t happen, I’m pretty sure I would’ve never gotten housekeeping services for my stay. However, the service that was given was mid, they changed my son sheets and gave new towels…. Nothing else was done. My bed wasn’t made and nothing was done to the bathroom and other areas in the room. I was kind of annoyed behind that but I didn’t let that ruin the experience and trip for my son and I. We still enjoyed our stay."
