「Great room」

「Good apartments. But had to move after 1 night as apartment meant for us was already occupied. Then the refurbishment commenced - no advance warning, no apologies and chaos began with the lifts. 4 lifts went down to 2 lifts - yet again no warning of this. Not unusual to wait more than 10mins for a lift empty enough to get into. WiFi was also particularly weak - just 2 bars in the main and you had to log in every time you left the apartment- even when you went out onto the balcony. On the plus...

「When I walked into lobby I didn’t receive a welcoming feeling. Both people at front desk were busy scrolling on their phones. Finally one said hello but didn’t offer to assist with the check in. The other person looked up from her phone and asked if she could help me. The direction to the parking were not clear. The introduction to the hotel amenities was not clear Otherwise I was pleased with hotel 」

「The staff was so nice, the restaurant's food was delicious and reasonably priced. Room was nice - good sized, nicely furnished, unobstructed ocean view. 」
