「Amazing staff, great room amenities. My only suggestion would be a tv in the Coal Car room, that the guest could connect to and watch whatever interested them.」

「We love this hotel! It is centrally located in the French Quarter but is quiet. The staff is so friendly, just can't say enough about them. This is the second time we have stayed here and will stay again the next time we are in town.」

「Ms. Christine was fantastic. We received a free upgrade to a room with a king size bed, which was adjacent to the common-share kitchen. The room itself was clean and classy. The open air courtyard was spectacular as we enjoyed the sounds of the quarter without the hustle of the crowds. However, we were quieted by the bumping sounds in the night as if some ghost was trying to escape. Great stay and highly recommended.」

「No Lift to this room which is not in the court yard as per the pictures if you have cases good luck getting up there we left our bags in the car. the aircon was so noisy you could not have it on. the position was not bad. would i stay again absolutely not 」
