「Location was good. Long walk to French Quarter was doable. Fresh market across the street was excellent. Very large buffet selection. the parking was OK. I parked in front upon arrival and never moved the car. Took Lyfts everywhere. The garden is very nice and there are several sitting areas, one for each room. You have to be a tad careful since there are steps and twists and turns which can be slippery when wet. The room was very nice with a quirky, eclectic vibe. And, there were 4 USB-A ports...

「Nothing short of wonderful! Spacious, secluded, beautiful courtyard and lovely pool. Close walking distance to all the French Quarter has to offer. Audubon Cottages will now be our home away from home when we visit NOLA every year! Thanks Jeffery for being AMAZING!」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「We booked two rooms for a two night stay for a 21st birthday party. When we arrived at the hotel, the two rooms were on different floors and not close together at all. The front desk lady was able to change the rooms to be on the same floor but down different hallways. She said initially the rooms were booked separately which was inaccurate, did not even apologize for the trouble, and only changed the rooms when I insisted. The remainder of the staff was exceptional.」

「Such a unique place to stay! It was very clean and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. The bar downstairs was a lot of fun and we were surprised that we couldn’t hear anything. Having our morning coffee out on the balcony was the best! Definitely will stay here again on our way through town.」
