「Property was nice. Close to the waterfront parks. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. Coffee was available each morning. Fruit Water was out most days but ran out early and never seemed to be refilled. A small breakfast was hung on room doors each morning for an added nice touch Would stay here again」

「Parking was easy for me, they have valet. The front desk staff was very professional, accommodating and pleasant. My room was neat and clean. The pool is medium small and goes up to 5 feet. The hotel was in the best location if youre visiting the hospital across the street. 」

「Clean amenities」

「We currently stayed at Shem Creek June 30th-July 5th. When we arrived our room appeared to be clean. We however never received any housekeeping during our whole stay. We even asked one of the housekeepers if she could clean our room on the 4th day we had been there, she never showed up. Also the other groups of people we were there with never received any housekeeping there whole stay.」

「Things where good」

「I have stayed here before, but I think there is either a new owner or new manager. First off, the receptionist did not speak English or understand English. The beds were clean and comfortable but the tables and tables interior doors were so old and weathered. There was shampoo and conditioner, which were very hard to use but no body wash as most hotels at this price point usually offer.
