「Everything was great」

「The whole trip was a nightmare. Arrived to get faked out with pics of another room. The elevators were out. We walked all our belongings trip by trip to our room with the heat index high. There were no bell hops either!! Top the cake with a fire alarm falsely going off 3am in morning and told to exit the building which was in the rain!! The last thing told was ' ingnore it now because the system is faulty???!!! There was not just one thing wrong, pools closed for unknown reasons at all times of...

「Please Stay away repeat STAY AWAY......... communication was awful they say call from room phone but no phone in room. Blood on sheets, roaches, homeless man. The WORST please ever. Not clean at all. 」

「I didn’t get the room pictured on the booking or even the bed sizes I choose which was king, 2 doubles and a twin. Instead I got 4 double beds. Not the end of the world but my son and husband are 6 foot so it’s not the most comfortable to sleep with your feet hanging off the bed. The pool, lazy river and splash park looks run down and the pool had heavily chemicals.」
