「Overall, my stay was satisfactory, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The associate who assisted me with check-in was efficient, but I did not find the interaction particularly warm or welcoming, which made the arrival experience feel less pleasant than expected. Upon entering my room, I noticed towels left on the floor near the entrance, which gave the impression that the room had not been fully prepared. 「Please Stay away repeat STAY AWAY......... communication was awful they say call from room phone but no phone in room. Blood on sheets, roaches, homeless man. The WORST please ever. Not clean at all. 」

「We have come to this resort for 11 or 12 years. The prices have more than doubled and quality has gone down. Our Condo was old and outdated. Needed a deep cleaning. Bathroom door in master bedroom was a bifold closet door. No privacy and no lock. Dishwasher not secured to counter and counter broke. Bathroom faucet chipped. Had to have maintenance come out to get Internet and TV working. Won't be back unless it is Verbo ECT.」
