「We were traveling through Charleston with 1 day for sight-seeing. It's about a 20 minute drive from the downtown historic area but it was perfect for us. The room was spotless, bed comfortable, staff very helpful and responsive to our questions. We would stay here again for certain.」

「The breakfast was decent. I liked the all day coffee. The staff was very nice. The fitness center needed attention. It was dirty both days I went. There were no wipes to wipe the equipment down and there were no workout towels. The outside furniture also needed a good cleaning.」

「Would rate property 3 star. It's showing it's age: room was clean and AC worked great but carpet was used as well as the furniture. Needs an upgrade. Shower was hot (very important) but water pressure weak (not as important). Carlos at the restaurant was awesome and helpful as was front desk staff.」

「I can’t give a five star because they took coffee makers out of the rooms, and if you get to breakfast after 9am, you’re not going to have the full menu. Otherwise it’s what you would expect out of the Holiday Inn express but I like my coffee in my room.」
