「Staff is good」

「Excellent attentive staff very clean room no faults」

「The room was good for what we wanted. Our only issue was that we were not told at check-in that we had to request our room to be cleaned after our 1st night」

「Staff were friendly and helpful. Lift was out of order for all of our stay which was not good as I have arthritis in both knees, left hip and right shoulder. There were a lot of stairs - this spoilt the holiday slightly for me」

「Stayed here several times. Great location and friendly staff!」

「这个酒店太美了，服务也很好」

「Overall, the property was clean and tidy, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was decent. However, one of the rooms had no working shower and despite reporting it first thing in the morning, it still wasn’t repaired when my dad returned. They did offer to move him to another room, but it was late and he just wanted to get to bed. Also, the beds were really uncomfortable and the pillows were so thin, I had to use all 4 of them. Rooms would benefit from blackout...

「選擇不多。」

「I like the Staybridge Newcastle ... I will be chose it aging when I visit Newcastle.」

「超級方便，就在火車站出口，附近行街購物飲食也很方便，早餐豐富，房間光猛，唯獨是沖涼的水壓比較低」
