Pleasantly surprised!

Would usually book a hotel as moving child to Newcastle Uni but due to home match and lots of other parents moving their kids in, hotels were thin on the ground! Picked the apartments and was pleasantly surprised. Ticked all the boxes and great to have a small kitchen. Had everything we needed. Only criticism would be a lack of bedside table/shelf and the sofa wasn’t the comfiest but it was all clean and functional. Will def recommend.

This is honestly one of the best places I've stayed with my friends the guy that checked us In was lovely and very paitent. We then when up to our apartment and we're blown away by it as soon as we walked in it was so clean decorated very modern with the latest technology and was nice to all be together than staying in a hotel in separate rooms if j ever visit Newcastle again I will definitely be booking here!

Easy check in, quality modernised place with loads of room. Only problem with it was there were only 2 double beds for 6 people, so some had to stay on the sofa. Really clean and well presented.

Great place to stay in Newcastle

Great Apartment and very clean and proper. Owners, and particularly Dave, was very helpful and we felt looked after and safe and secure. Close to everything you would need to be in Newcastle and free on site parking was a blessing so close to the town centre. Equipment provided was very good and complete. Stayed with my brother and sister in two bed appt. and loads of room and a nice lounge/kitchen. Beds comfortable but I think better pillows would be the only comment I would make in the 'prefer to have' category - they were a bit too flimsy. Great stay and will be going back when next in Newcastle. Thanks, Anthony.

Bentwick apartments

Bentwicks apartments were fantastic apartment was very moder spacious, smart tv with netflix, modern roomy bedrooms Apartment was very clean Lots of local shops close to hand about 10 minutes away from the city centre which was great and apartments were reasonably priced for the location and the apartment its self The guy who met us at apartments was very friendly expalined what was close to hand overrall very good

An excellent stay with easy access to Newcastle.

We had a great stay in the apartment. The key collection and welcome was really well organised. The host was prompt and happy to tell me about the property. This was our first trip away from home since March but we felt comfortable here and reassured by the immaculate condition of the apartment.

Modern apartment

A very well styled apartment with all of the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, bathroom/wet room was very modern and the living area was just the right size for a couple. The location of the apartment is near a busy road which made it a little noisy with the windows open, but other than that - a great stay.

Nice affordable apartment ideal for close to city

Great place near the city centre which is very convenient. Space for car park which is very handy. Greeted by friendly team and the apartments are easily located. The place itself was clean and tidy, with complimentary snack and drink which is a nice gesture. The apartment was ideal for our needs, shower was good with constant temperature. The beds was average which was a little bit of a let down, not that comfortable could do with more up to date mattresses. Overall very happy with my stay and was a good price overall, ideally located and car friendly. Would use again in the future!

Good: nice location near a bus stop into the city centre. Plush carpets and comfy sofa. Nice price. Bad: unacceptably poor mattress (it really was that shocking). Poor standard of finishes, e.g. ceiling speakers not secured properly. Smoke detector directly over oven, so goes off every time you cook. No blankets etc. available, only 1 pillow per person. Shower pressure noticeably poor. Had to call and wait for someone to arrive to check in despite giving an ETA. Didn’t see anyone to check out, so left keys in box. No soundproofing so could clearly hear other guest’s music etc. at night through the walls.

The room was clean, cosy and well-equipped with kitchenware. The money spent was worth it. The location’s great as it’s close to the shops. We’d definitely choose to stay here again if we ever travel to Newcastle.

Very clean and tidy. Slightly lacking in some kitchen utensils but we coped.Only complaint was the noise from another apartment where someone was clearly having a party but it would be wrong to hold this against the owners
